1. DWV pipe terminates under back porch roof. ( see attachments for pictures)
2. Unable to determine the water main into house and lines going to second dwelling.
I Insulate water main to house.
3. GFCI required in laundry room.
4. Refrigerator outlet is on the same circuit as kitchen counter outlets,these are all gfci.
5. Missing receptacles in bedroom #2
6. Missing all receptacle covers and all light switch covers throughout house.
7. Seal and secure light fan combo fixtures in bathroom.
8. Vacancy sensor switch required in bathroom.
9. no hot water in hall bathroom.
10. Seal and secure master bathroom light/ exhaust fan.
11. Raise pec's line under house up off the ground and secure.
12. All electrical lines,( Romex) and old existing braid lines under house need to be cleaned up. Cut and remove any that aren't in service.
13. Install hood vent in kitchen.
14. No utilities installed,
15. Cabinets not finished.
Inspection was stopped at this point , to many items not completed.
Complete this list and recall inspection for an entire final inspection.
