Sleeve all through plumbing penetrations through footings with piping 2 sizes larger than pipe penetrating.

Pull string on property lines to check setback.

**Builder stated that homeowner refuses to share the plan set for this project. Builders are going off of what homeowner tells them to do.
** Informed builders of work needed to get done. Showed them plans on my iPad to further direct them in the right direction.
