Clean footings of rock, trash and debris.
Provide a compaction report.
Sleeve all through plumbing penetrations through footings with piping 2 sizes larger than pipe penetrating.
Provide a ten ft head of water for testing the plumbing.
Install all required hold downs as per plans
Install all anchor bolts as per plans.
Pull string on property lines to check setback.
Call reinspection when ALL corrections are completed.
