Spoke with the contractor at 10:30, he had called to ask what time the inspection was for today.
Inspection was scheduled for 1:30, I explained that we have a two hour window.and at that time I was roughly
1/2 hour ahead of schedule and would more than likely be there by 1:00
I arrived at 1015 Jackson Ave. at 12:40.
At 1:05 I called to see if he was close, he told me he was just coming in to Chico from red bluff.
I let him know that I could not wait another 40 min. And he would need to reschedule.
