No access to house, no cool roof form, called contractor and he said it was are fault that his persons sent in forms and we lost them and that we should provide are own ladders. I ask why he called in for another inspection and he said he was told to do that by us. I suggested that he contact Nancy about the ladders and how he stated that the wind probably blew the forms away. Also stated that all he needed to do was to install smoke and co, fill out all forms and send them in with cool roof form.
