They have used some 1/2" redheads , pull test from third party required. 3. Garage door and man door headers not nailed through king studs. Min. Of 6 , 16 penny stitched . 4. They have added on to the existing front porch balcony, this was not included in the plans submitted. 5. New main panel has been added on to house without permits and is not tagged. Contractor says a lot of switches and receptacles are not working since they changed out main panel. 6. Garage roof plans show 1/4" fall per foot. The roof has been built and has no fall, actually has small slope back towards house. 7. Letter from engineer required for pull test on all anchors in the garage.and column footings for balcony. 8. Either build to match approved plans or resubmit with changes.

Finish installing Simpson DTT 1 z tension tie at joist blocking to balcony joist as per plan. 3. Provide 3 by 3 inch steel washers on new anchor bolts. 4. Provide pull test for epoxied anchor bolts. 5. Provide engineer approval for change in redwood deck material to osb panels with weather proof covering. 6. Obtain a permit for damage to back of house. 7. Remove trim to show 6 inch edge nailing of exterior siding 8. Call for reinspection when corrections are completed.
