1. Seal around all exterior penetrations. Garage side
2. Insulate exterior water piping to prevent freezing.
3. Properly fill all deck post bases with nails.
4. Fill deck joist hanger with nails, 5 post from west corner.
5. Replace bad garage circuit GFCI breaker.
6. Provide a cap on the future sink drain in garage.
7. Adjust the anti- tip device for the stove.
8. Provide a Carbon Monoxide Detector on the ground floor.
9. Provide a ladder to inspect the equipment in the downstairs attic.
10. Obtain CalFire and Environmental Health Final Approvals
11. Recall inspection when completed.
