Handrail/guard rail are not code compliant. See attached pictures. No more than 3 1/2 inches allowed between pickets or cross rails.
This also applies to stairway. A second stairway or exit path is highly recommended,especially in the fire zone they are located.

Install missing DTT2Z Guardrail brace hold downs on all Guardrail post - 1 per post, per plan.
Replace oversplit support post at the rear corner - vertical splitting greater than a 1/3 of the depth.
Recall inspection when completed.
