1. A/C condenser has a 25 max amp rating on the manufacture sticker, 30 amp breaker's installed.
2. Tamper resistant caps on Freon lines to condenser.
3. Anti siphon devises on all exterior hose bibs .
4. Drip leg required at hot water heater gas connection.
5. North end of home does not meet min. Grade requirement, 5% drop, equivalent to 6" drop in 10'
They will need to divert water, you can see where it is pooling, condenser sits in the middle of it.
Suggest French drain or like to divert water from driveway.
6. Cal fire sign off required.
7. Environmental health sign off required.
8. 433-A paperwork needed.
