ENV HEALTH RELEASEDOUG DANZPASSEH approves release of occupancy7/7/2020 1:22:43 PM 070620 - site visit by DDanz, EH, the leachfield area is intact and appears untouched by the debris removal activity. Soil is in place, leachfield is downslope from house site and between standing pine trees. EH will not require a hydraulic load test be conducted and will accept the septic inspection report that was previously submitted as evidence of satisfactory condition of the septic system. EH approves that occupancy be granted by the Building Division.

Connect the connection from the ground rods to the Main Service Panel. Reduce the opening size between the balusters on the rear exit stairway to less than 4". Observed a 40A A/C breaker in the panel in the on position, yet no condenser was seen on-site. Provide access to the interior of the modular to complete the inspection - no one on site. Recall inspection when completed and available to complete the interior inspection.
