Provide a solid surface for the MSP (Main Service Panel) and the Sub Panel to be mounted. The plywood is rotted and neither are safely nor properly secured.
Repair conduit to the MSP from the service drop and the feeder.
Provide a Dead Front for the MSP.
Provide a clear working area in front of both panels.
Underground Electrical trench and conduit was not inspected, open up the trench for inspection near MSP & Sub Panel.
Provide a directory/ placard showing the location of each disconnecting means on the property and place one at each location.
Provide a 10' vegetation free area around the array.
Recall inspection when completed.
