3. Provide min 22"x30" attic access at concealed spaces created (space exceeds 30" height & 30sq ft) by dormer overframing at upstairs bathroom above kitchen.
Ok to cover exterior only. Recall inspection after corrections addressed.

1. Missing Holdown at master bedroom, per plans. Anchor has been positioned under bathroom window, plans specify outside king stud/trimmers. Provide written approval/fix from engineer of record.
2. Provide approved plan revision for increased attic space & addition of windows at 2nd story gable wall above garage.
3. Provide metal strap or equal at top plate splices at 2nd story gable end above garage- top plates spliced within 4'.
4. Provide full depth blocking at ridge beam post between floor/ceiling assembly at kitchen.
5. Provide under construction flood elevation certificate.

Tighten all holdowns.
Complete electrical make up of Sub Panel. - Garage
Provide anchor bolts within 12" of and no closer than 3" of all plate breaks, 2 per plate and every 6' minimum. - check throughout
Provide full depth fire blocking at wall to drop ceiling lines. - garage
Separate thru penetrations into the firewall - garage
Clean all over cut plumbing penetrations in the mud sill and fill with mortar or grout.
Provide a stud shoe or other approved method at overbored holes in 2x4 - laundry
Complete the Installation of the drier duct.
Complete electrical make up of fixture box in Laundry
Finish backing around all hvac registers - check throughout
Seal around all HVAC registers to prevent dirt and dust from entering the system.
Recall inspection when completed.
