1. Main electric panel buss rating exceeds 120%. 240A max allowed, 260A present. Provide derated main disconnect to 175A per plans or equal.
2. Underground electric conduit installed & covered without inspection. Provide access to verify min 12" cover for metal conduit or equal.
3. Provide water tight seal at conduit terminations in hand hole enclosure or equal.

Does not meet the min. Required depth of 12" as written up on last inspection.
Unable to verify the depth at the single pot hole for trench depth due to water and mud had filled the hole . What is your depth at the seasonal stream you have crossed ?
You have a depth of approx 3 inches coming into the cristi box.
Water tight seal at conduit termination in hand hole was not met. Pipe dope place but conduit was not sealed and was full of water.
