The plans do not reflect actual site conditions... The line diagram shows the sub panel and meter to be in the same location. This is not the actual condition. The main service panel and meter is on the detached garage. The plans as drawn show the subpanel to be final point of connection what are the panels feeding.

Plan Change is required: Plans show feeder conductors from Ground Mount Solar Photovoltaic Array to main service panel at the detached garage... The Actual Site conditions are that the feeders from solar array, are feeding underground to the house then, under house to sub panel in the dwelling unit. Please change plans to reflect actual site conditions. Also please specify how this is back feeding the Main service panel.

1. Provide access to sub panel inside house.
2. Revised line diagram to reflect as built. 125 amp breaker from main to house on revised plans is 175 amp and sub panel and breakers in house can't be inspected without access.
Pay re inspection fee prior to re scheduling.
