Four way was not done. DWV was leaking , duct work straps underfloor ( basement) had been cut by the fire sprinkler contractor and left hanging. Fire sprinkler contractor has made changes to original plan and must revise drawings and submit for approval. The basement sprinkler system is being blocked by duct work.

1. Grab bars required at stairway handrail.
2. All exterior lights have not been hung, all have exposed wires.
3. All exterior hose bibs are required to have anti-siphon devices installed.
4. Garage lights not installed, bare wires exposed.
5. Garage GFCI on east wall not working.
6.duct work in basement needs to be strapped and secured.
7. There a approx 5-6 junction boxes in the basement ceiling/ 1st floor
8. Second half of basement outlets required to be GFCI protected.
9. Handrail needs to installed at stairs from basement to first floor.
10. Exterior lights need to be installed at first floor level of home.
11. Exhaust fan and lights not installed in first floor bathroom.
