1. Provide Nail plates several locations throughout (electrical & plumbing within 1.25" to framing edge)
2. Provide hydrostatic test (minimum 10' head) for ABS DWV pipe/system.
3. Openings to exposed underfloor area at several locations throughout. Provide approved Rat proofing at annular space around plumbing & penetrations & openings.
4. Provide bonding connections for grounding conductors at metal boxes
5. Missing kitchen countertop receptacle between range & fridge. Provide required receptacles for counters 12" wide or more.
6. Provide minimum two branch circuits for kitchen countertop receptacles.
7. Building not watertight, install house wrap or equal.
8. Missing environmental exhaust fan duct. Complete rough-in.
9. Missing mechanical rough in (owner proposed mini split HVAC)
10. Provide attic access opening with light & switch

2. Provide hydrostatic test (minimum 10' head) for ABS DWV pipe/system.
3. Openings to exposed underfloor area at several locations throughout. Provide approved Rat proofing at annular space around plumbing & penetrations & openings.
4. Missing bedroom receptacle no more than 12' between receptacles.
5. Missing stove exhaust duct. Complete rough-in.
6. Missing mechanical rough in (owner proposed mini split HVAC)
7. Complete Gas and water bonding at exterior.
8. Recall the inspection when the above is completed.
