2. Missing 64" CS16 at two locations. Install corner strap per detail 18/SD or equal as identified on floor plan.
3. Missing 48" CS16 at two locations. Install at plate height change/break or equal per floor plan.
4. Install A35 clips or equal at interior Shearwall/rafter connection per detail 17/SD.
Note: HD's & AB's verified at Shearwall #2. OK to sheath both sides.

1.Secure all DWV mid span .
2. A large portion of duct work has been run in the porch over hang. There is also no acces.
3. Change out Romex to thhn wire in slab ( island )
4. Fill in under bathtub drain , mortar or like to rodent proof.
5. Tighten all holdown nuts prior to insulating.
6. Large bonus room has been built above garage, this will be condition, this is not on the approved plans. This has been wired and has fire sprinklers.
Revised plans must be submitted to the county . This must be inspected with approved plans at this time prior to insulation .
7. Fire sprinkler plan does not reflect the bonus room, or sprinklers .
