Plans had been resubmitted and looked at and a couple of modifications were addressed. Oneof the issues was the older Siemens box used. Plan check engineer has asked for torque verification, the contractor did not have a torque wrench and was unable to comply with the request. They will call and reschedule.

They were asked for a UL field verification of tap. Nothing was done.

1. Provide approved plans to show line side tap, as built conductor gauge and fused disconnect at main service. Include torque specs or details on how line side tap will be done and if re listing of main service will be required. Contractor stated that approved revisions were at the County and inspector was supposed to bring them out but notes weren't given if this is true.
