Not ready, need to finish plumbing, electrical, mechanical and frame. Talked to owner for 45 minutes to try and clarify that plans do not match as built. Need detail for beam pockets , stair riser against concrete with tar paper for flashing should be galvanized metal, details show TGI on top of plate and not against concrete. Owner will get together with architect to correct plan and ResEdit corrections to plan check for approval.

Plan still not revised to as built, must match, show all changes, 3 kitchen windows instead of one, see past corrections still not address, fires place not installed, vents hanging down, how going to drywall under stairs, need tempered window at stairs, verify 6-8 head clearance at stairs going to basement. Do not call for a inspection until plans approved by plan check. Paper roof, bath fans to be gfci protected, Electrical in shear walls. Only small partial inspection done.

1. Provide positive connection, post to beam on 1st floor, basement and front and rear porch. 2. Hangar needed for triple 2''x10" ceiling joist in garage. 3. Top riser on main stair exceeds 73/4". HDU8''s at entry require 4'' x 4'' post per plan. Numerous HDU''s are fastened to a single 2"x. 6. Front porch roof plan calls for 2''x10" 31 d.f. where 2" x 8" are installed. 7. Need future EV charging in garage?
8. Will need to provide fire separation between house and garage (pull down stair).

1. Need Cal Fire and Environmental Health approvals. 2. Verify HERS as complete. 3. Occupancy sensors for bathrooms. 4. Sediment traps for FAU and water heater. 5. Pay impact fees. 6. Provide fire resistance for attic access in garage. Note, discuss nodes requirements, need to clean street, prevent tracking and remove portable toilet from street.
