Majority of foundation is existing and approved at plan review. Inspection was for small portion of perimeter foundation on north side and interior pier footings. Notified owner that drainage away from foundation would need to be addressed prior to final. Verified septic tank min. 5' from existing foundation.

1. Provide manufacturers installation for BCI joist and verify if blocking is required at girders. Add blocking if required.
2. Provide engineers revision for front porch footings and new laundry area.
3. Install crawl space vents.
4. Vent master shower.
Ok to install subfloor. Can see blocking and vent from crawl space accesss.

Provide fix and truss revision for gable hinge point. Truss calcs call for scissor truss at gable with ballon frame under.
Install radiant barrier at gables.
Install gable brace per plan.
Provide engineers approval for omitting brace wall at front porch wing wall.
* ok to cover exterior nail.

Vent pipes were dry, did not hold water .
A-35's Required at gable end walls .
Shower pan did not hold water. Retest, drain was not installed, unable to verify weeps.
