1. Provide a landing at the bottom of the stairway, the full width of the stairs and 36" in the direction of travel.
2. Properly secure condenser and install tamper resistant caps.
3. Stain or otherwise protect untreated wood.
4. Label disconnect and properly secure electrical conduits.
5. Provide a sediment trap for the gas piping to the hot water heater
6. Complete stucco or stone work around chimney.
7. Adjust stair tread height to be within 3/8 of an inch each of each other for the rise.
8. Provide fire blocking draft, stopping in the fireplace chimney around the vent.
9. Complete exterior electrical.
10. Re-install bolts to the deck tie bracket.
11. Complete exterior chinking.
12. Provide a receptacle every 4 feet on the island countertop..
13. Install all kitchen appliances, and sinks, finished cabinets are not required.
14. Finish bathroom fixture installation.
15. Obtain Cal Fire and Environmental Health final Approval.
16. Pay final fees.
18. Recall Final inspection when the above is completed.
