Observed the proposed pool will meet the 5-foot setback from the septic tank and leach field. The pool equipment conduit will intersect the tightline of septic system in the backyard. The contractor is aware and will hand dig around this area to run their conduit under the tightline. The property owners are aware as well and have told me they are okay with this.
