Not ready for roof frame / nail.
1. None of the H-1 or H-2.5's installed as per plans.
Contractor wants to use Simpson timber locks,these have not been installed at this time either.
2. None of the DWV roof penetrations have been done .
3. Exhaust fan ducting not roughed in.

1. Repair over bored studs at kitchen sink, master bath and laundry plumbing.
2. Test ABS.
3. Install all hvac ducts.
4. Install nail protection at master bath shower vent.
5. Move master bed smoke detector to within 12" of highest point of ceiling.

8. Remove all abandoned conductors.
9. Repair, replace or equal bottom plate at the main panel.
10. Call for reinspection when all corrections are completed.

1 Provide an anti tip device on the stove.
2. Remove washing machine to allow inspection of gfci outlet. Provide gfci outlet if not installed.
3. Smoke detectors are not working in test mode. Repair ,replace or equal.
4. Provide chalking around the bottom of the water closets.
5. Provide vacancy sensors in bathrooms and laundry room. Sheet 5 Lighting
6. Provide humidistats in the bathrooms or provide listing data showing humidistat's are installed in the exhaust fan.
7. Paint,cover or equal condensation line on the roof.
8. Provide drip edge flashing on all eave boards.
9. Provide a gfci service outlet at the same level as the roof mounted unit.
10. Identify 50 amp breaker that is not hooked up in main panel.
11. Remove all solar related warning labels from the main panel.
12. Provide a gas bond.
13. Call for reinspection when corrections are completed.
