1. Tie all grounds together
2. Use green grounding screw in all metal boxes
3. Have DWV under test
4. Cover all registers and return air vents.
5. Remove and secure all Romex from truss gang nails.
6. Remove Romex from conduit to kitchen island and replace with either THHN or THWN.
7. Straps required at 4x12 at coffered entry way( splice).
8.fir out back bedroom wall and add Sheetrock backing at floor level.
9. Secure electrical wiring coming into sub panel in walk in closet.
10. Vent all exhaust fans to exterior.
11. Have kitchen vent hood installed and vented to exterior.

1. HVAC unit in attic requires seismic strapping as unit is sitting on platform and not secured.
2. Provide ground screw for metal gang box for stove.
3. Secure all romex in attic and protect romex up to 6' of the attic hatch.
4. Provide nail plate protection for ABS water lines in guest bathroom.
5. Seal off hole behind guest bathroom bathtub and add insulation.
6. Provide a strap for break in bottom sill plate behind bathtub and in bathroom.
7. Backflow preventers needed on all outdoor spigots.
8. Provide a strap for break in bottom plate in main bathroom for ABS line. Tighten anchor next to break.
9. Provide plumbing under test for inspection.
10. Submit new truss calcs to Butte County for plan check.
**All prior corrections have been completed.
Complete work and call for re-inspection.
