Roof frame/ Nail
Inspection was done with a unapproved large set of plans , an 8x 11 set with the stamp but barely legible due to weather m sun and water.
The truss calc's that were left onsite were not stamped or approved. Tried calling the contractor but reception was not good and call was dropped. Contractor's son showed up and I explained what was going on and showed him what was left. He told me he understood the problem and would relay the issue. The inspection was done with an unapproved set of plans , they were instructed to have the stamped set onsite at next inspection, they can cover the roof at there risk . If approved set matches set that was left onsite, good.

3. Secure jack studs for window frame in master bedroom.
4. Cover gap for HVAC duct running through floor and provide fire blocking for dead space.

Four way rough frame was not passed.
Spoke with Jason about lathe not passing, doors had not been set and lathe not completed.
All penetration's had not been sealed. He asked if he could seal them from the inside,I explained we needed to be able to verify from the outside of the building that it was properly sealed. I did say he could seal from the inside if he would like and he guaranteed that.
Doors have been set at this time but lathe has not been completed in areas around the door and unable to verify caulk or foam from inside due to the fact they have already put sheet rock up,this should not have been done until 4 way has passed.
At inspection of penetration from outside the outside it appears nothing has been done in numerous areas.
Interior shearwall is a fail as they have not met the min. Requirements as stated on the plans of 7 edge and field.
Located on page 7 of the plans.
Generally interior shearwall is placed vertically,bottom plate to top plate. Although,
In section 2306.3 there is no difference if it is blocked at all edges.
Neither was done , along with nailing schedule not being compliant.
