1. Plan set does not match the work that has been done. Resubmit ground mount plans to Plan Check to reflect the work that was done.
2. Ground wire on array needs to be landed on rail with a lug.
3. Ground rod required at ground mount.
4. Clear 10' perimeter of vegetation around ground mount array.
Complete work and call for re-inspection.
