1) have engineer look at floor and ceiling assemble and design corrections. 4x4 installed under floor joist, ceiling joist has huge deflection, not enough clearance to wood under floor assembly.
2) revise scope of work to include repair of floor joist and roof assembly. Also add to permit if electrical and mechanical work is to be performed. Show on plans insulation, if windows will be change out, or any other work.

Have a letter from engineer saying that floor is ok. Work has been covered with no footing or other inspections. Scope of works needs to be changed to show electrical, new windows, insulation. Engineer needs to address the sagging dealing joist and roof. Owner said revisions for roof ceiling assembly is in plan check. Told owner need to talk to engineer and Adam on how to proceed.

Contractor encased the remaining 8x8 pier blocks in concrete prior to inspection.
** contractor will dig out installed footings and call for re-inspection on pier footings for deck.
